Terms of Service

1. What CraftPanel is

CraftPanel is a self-hosted Minecraft server manager. The app runs on your own computer, downloads and runs Minecraft server software on your own hardware, and does not require an account or a CraftPanel-operated server to work. CraftPanel Free is free to use, indefinitely, with no feature time-limit.

2. Your Minecraft server

You are solely responsible for the Minecraft server(s) you run with CraftPanel, including:

• Complying with Mojang/Microsoft's End User License Agreement for Minecraft and any server software you install (Vanilla, Paper, Spigot, Fabric, Forge, NeoForge, Bedrock).
• Complying with the license terms of any mod, plugin, or modpack you install through Modrinth or elsewhere.
• Anyone you invite to join your server, and anything they do there.
• Your own network, port forwarding, and any exposure of your server to the internet.

CraftPanel does not host, moderate, or have access to your server or its contents.

3. CraftPanel Premium

Premium is an optional paid upgrade that unlocks additional tools in the app (automation, monitoring, server management, backups, and customization features — see the Premium page for the current list). Premium does not unlock, and will never unlock, the ability to host a server publicly — that capability is part of the free app.

Premium is sold as:

• A monthly subscription, billed every month until cancelled.
• A yearly subscription, billed every year until cancelled.
• A one-time lifetime purchase, which does not expire or renew.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. CraftPanel does not receive or store your card details — see the Privacy Policy for what CraftPanel does receive.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by emailing contact@kiqa-dev.it from the address used to purchase; access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for. (A self-serve cancel-it-yourself portal is planned but not live yet — email is the way to cancel today.)

4. Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the Premium key hasn't been activated on any device, by emailing contact@kiqa-dev.it with your order email or license key. If you're in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase regardless of activation, unless you explicitly requested the digital content be supplied immediately and acknowledged that doing so waives that right at checkout — this policy does not limit that statutory right.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share a Premium license key outside your own use.
• Attempt to circumvent Premium license validation.
• Use CraftPanel for any unlawful purpose.

6. No warranty

CraftPanel is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. [Name / business name] is not liable for data loss, server downtime, or damages arising from use of the software, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Back up your worlds regularly — CraftPanel's backup tools make this easy, but the responsibility to use them is yours.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
